Clàudia Pina hits four as Barcelona score seven goals to demolish Real Madrid

BREAKING: Barcelona thrash Real Madrid 7-0 in the Liga F Clasico, with Claudia Pina scoring four as they open a five-point lead at the top.

Seven nil. In a Clasico. Clàudia Pina scored four of them herself, and Real Madrid simply weren't there.

Over 40,000 fans packed Camp Nou on Sunday night, two hours late after torrential rain, and Barcelona made the wait worth it. Pina needed four minutes to open the scoring, and you can see the celebrations here. By halftime she had all four and Barça led five nil. Ewa Pajor and Caroline Graham Hansen chipped in, Sydney Schertenleib added a screamer from range, and Madrid's keeper had the longest evening in Spanish football, look at this.

Even Aitana Bonmatí, three Ballon d'Ors and a broken leg behind her, got half an hour as a treat.

Barcelona now sit five points clear, chasing an eighth straight title. And here's the fact that should keep Madrid up at night. In 25 meetings between these two, Real have won exactly once.
