Bitcoin ETFs end 9-day inflow streak as BTC dips below $78K
JUST IN: US spot Bitcoin ETFs snap a 9-day inflow streak with $201.8 million in net outflows, led by ARK 21Shares, as $BTC slips below $78,000 and total fund assets fall under $100 billion.
Two hundred million dollars just walked out of Bitcoin ETFs in a single day.
That snaps a nine-day inflow streak that had pulled in over three billion, and it lands right as Bitcoin slips under seventy eight thousand. Total assets in these funds dropped back below the hundred billion mark, one day after crossing it. The champagne barely had time to breathe.
The biggest seller was Cathie Wood's shop, ARK 21Shares, with a hundred and fifteen million out the door. Bitwise gave back fifty, and even BlackRock's giant IBIT bled thirty three million. Morgan Stanley's fund was the only one taking money in, a modest nine million.
Here's what caught my eye though. Ether funds added a hundred million the same day, XRP took in twenty six, and Solana ETFs are sitting on 1.7 billion cumulative without a single sustained outflow stretch. The money isn't leaving crypto. It's leaving Bitcoin.
