BREAKING: Trump says the US is 'not trying to force Iran to the bargaining table' after a fresh round of US strikes hit air defense, communications and radar sites across Iran. Tehran retaliates with a missile attack on Jordan, most intercepted.

Trump says he is not trying to force Iran to the bargaining table. That's the message, posted on Truth Social, as American forces finished another round of strikes overnight.

Central Command hit air defense sites, communications and radar systems across Iran, calling it retaliation for attempted attacks on shipping in the Strait of Hormuz and on American service members. These are the launches from a US Navy ship at sea.

Tehran answered by firing thirteen missiles at Jordan, an American ally. Jordan's armed forces say ten were intercepted and three fell in remote areas, no injuries reported. Iran's arsenal has been on open display for months, and this is what Washington says it's now dismantling piece by piece.
